What is Revival
In our Revival studio, you’ll find mat-based classes designed to build deep strength, enhance mobility, and bring balance to both body and mind. With a pilates-inspired approach, each class emphasizes precise, controlled movements that activate both large and stabilizing muscle groups. The focus is on strengthening from within, improving posture, and creating long-term resilience in the body.
To support variety and challenge, classes incorporate Bala equipment such as bands, weights, and sliders, adding resistance and intensity while keeping movements low-impact and joint-friendly. Revival is where you’ll recharge, realign, and refine, making it the perfect complement to Nordic Strong’s higher-intensity classes.

Our Classes
Abs & Glutes
This 55-minute class works two of our most powerful zones: core and glutes. We will move through focused sequencing and tempo work to activate our deep abdominal muscles, to lift and shape our glutes, and to improve our overall stability and posture. Expect a strong mind-body connection, controlled small movements, and that signature slow burn.
Abs & Glutes is not pre-and postnatal friendly.
