Our sauna, located right by the plunge pool at Kronløbsøen, offers the ideal setting to start your morning with clarity or to let go of the day’s stress in the evening. Step into the soothing warmth, feel your body recharge, and embrace the refreshing contrast of heat and cold just steps apart.
The sauna is not only a place to unwind but also a chance to reconnect with yourself and find balance in your everyday routine. Whether you’re looking for daily sauna access or wish to experience the atmosphere of our weekly Saunagus sessions, we’ve got you covered.

Sauna Club
Monthly unlimited sauna access, shower, and locker use.
Price 300 DKK/month
Sign-up fee: 300 DKK
Towel available for rent for 25 DKK per session.
Included: Unlimited sauna access, and access to showers and lockers.
Sauna Gus Sessions
Guided heat and steam sessions infused with essential oils designed to relax your body and aid recovery. Includes one towel, as well as shower and locker access.
50 minutes. ~ 250 DKK, or 150 DKK for sauna members.

Be aware that the sauna is closed for regular members during Sauna Gus.Access to the sauna (18 people capacity), showers, and lockers. Towels and refreshments are available at reception. Sauna Gus sessions can be booked separately.
Book online via the schedule (select “Sauna”). Requires a pass or membership with Sauna Gus included.
Do not use the sauna if advised against by your doctor, if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you have health conditions that prevent sauna use. Swimming in Kronløbsøen is not permitted. The plunge pool may be used. Please follow our sauna rules and the instructor’s guidance during Sauna Gus sessions.
