In my class, expect a smooth flow with spicy movements that challenge your strength and endurance — plus the occasional terrible joke to distract you from the burn. You’ll move with intention and leave feeling stronger, energized, and more connected to your body.
Fun fact: I’ve climbed the highest mountain pass in the world, Thorong La, at 5,416 meters.
