Located in the heart of Nordhavn, NRTHRN Strong is more than one training room. Alongside the studio, where classes run for up to 36 people, you have the sauna, the massage, and the fitness space. Inspired by the Northern Lights and finished in Nordic design, it is warm, minimal, and built for a full training ritual, not just a workout.
Secure lockers so you can arrive, train, and go.
Towels for class and for after, always provided.
Separate changing rooms for men and women.
Showers with products for your shower and after, so you walk back out ready.
A café at reception to grab something before or after class.
We sit right next to the plunge pool at Kronløbsøen. Jump in after class, or book a sauna session.
Holiday opening hours: 8:00 – 14:00.
