How do I join?

What are the sauna opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 20:00. Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 to 17:00. The sauna is closed for regular members during Sauna Gus.
What's included in the memberships?
Access to the sauna (18 people capacity), showers, and lockers. Towels and refreshments are available at reception. Sauna Gus sessions can be booked separately.
How do I book a Sauna Gus session?
Book online via the schedule and select Sauna. It requires a pass or a membership with Sauna Gus included.
Are there any restrictions?
Do not use the sauna if advised against by your doctor, if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you have health conditions that prevent sauna use. Swimming in Kronløbsøen is not permitted, though the plunge pool may be used. Please follow our sauna rules and the instructor's guidance during Sauna Gus sessions.
