Our flagship class. Strength, cardio, and mobility in one session. Each class alternates between total-body work on the NRTHRN Trainer and muscle-focused floor sets with dumbbells. New or experienced, the resistance scales to you, and keeps pushing you forward.

Sculpt class
Sculpt
55 min

Sculpt blends Pilates-inspired principles with deep muscle activation, balance, and mobility. Through slow, controlled work on the NRTHRN Trainer, you build strength, stability, and control while improving the way you move. Short bursts on the machine gently elevate your heart rate before you return to focused strength work. Every class ends with a short mindful moment.
